How to use the stakeholder forum
Read reactions
To read the reactions posted by participants, just enter the forum and click on the certification system you are interested in, then click the principle. Some reactions contain attachments which you can download by double clicking on "Attachment".
Write a reaction
To take part in the discussion, first register and create a username and password. After registration, you can login and write your reactions. If for example you have something to say about labour conditions, first click on P.3 "Health and labour conditions" and then click "React to principle". You can also react on someone else's reaction, by clicking "React to author".
If you have a document which supports your argument, you can simply upload it, but restrict to 3 MB per attachment. If you have more then one document, you can upload more documents after posting you reaction.
The discussion is structured along the 17 principles of the Dutch Procurement Criteria. Comments which do not match with one of the principles can be posted under “General”
Anonymous reaction / author not disclosed
If you wish to react anonymously, tick the box “send this reaction anonymous” before posting your reaction. In the forum the term "not disclosed" will appear in the box "author". Please note that your name and email address will be known to the TPAC secretariat as we may want to contact you for further information regarding your post. If you post anonymously, any attached documents will be visible for the moderator, but not on the forum.
You can also send your reaction directly to the moderator by using the contact form. Your reaction will be taken into account by TPAC, but will not be placed on the forum.
Tip
The forum is an online tool. We advise you to write your reaction in Word and then paste it into the box for reactions. This will protect you from losing your work in case your internet connection fails.
