Forum guidelines
To make the forum successful, there are some guidelines all participants have to follow:
- All reactions have to be formulated in a respectful way.
- All claims have to be based on valid arguments, preferably supported by documentation.
- Reactions shall not be misleading.
- Start your reaction with the point you want to make. This will enable readers to quickly grasp the spirit of the discussion.
- Post your reaction at the right place. Please, take some time to get familiar with the structure of the forum and the principles. If a reaction is recognised as being posted at the wrong principle or system, it may be removed by the moderator.
- Restrict to one issue per reaction.
- Write your reaction in English, if this is a problem for you, please contact the moderator.
- Participants are considered to speak on behalf of their organisation, if this is not the case, please make clear that you are expressing your personal view.
- Participants agree that their contributions can be used by TPAC or other participants, provided that the contributions are printed or used with acknowledgement and not for commercial purposes.
- Attachments can be uploaded, but please restrict to 3 MB per attachment.
- There will be no profanity or foul language.
- There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations.
- There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member.
- Spamming is not permitted.
- Advertising or commercial-related posts are not permitted.
- Reactions that are not in line with the forum guidelines will be moderated or removed.
- Participants shall not argue a moderators decision publicly. All complaints directed at a moderator must be addressed to the moderator via the contact form.
- Participants that continuously violate the rules of the forum will be excluded from further participation.
