Forum guidelines
To make the forum successful, there are some guidelines all participants have to follow:

  1. All reactions have to be formulated in a respectful way.
  2. All claims have to be based on valid arguments, preferably supported by documentation.
  3. Reactions shall not be misleading. 
  4. Start your reaction with the point you want to make. This will enable readers to quickly grasp the spirit of the discussion. 
  5. Post your reaction at the right place. Please, take some time to get familiar with the structure of the forum and the principles. If a reaction is recognised as being posted at the wrong principle or system, it may be removed by the moderator.
  6. Restrict to one issue per reaction.
  7. Write your reaction in English, if this is a problem for you, please contact the moderator.
  8. Participants are considered to speak on behalf of their organisation, if this is not the case, please make clear that you are expressing your personal view.
  9. Participants agree that their contributions can be used by TPAC or other participants, provided that the contributions are printed or used with acknowledgement and not for commercial purposes.
  10. Attachments can be uploaded, but please restrict to 3 MB per attachment. 
  11. There will be no profanity or foul language. 
  12. There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations. 
  13. There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member.
  14. Spamming is not permitted. 
  15. Advertising or commercial-related posts are not permitted. 
  16. Reactions that are not in line with the forum guidelines will be moderated or removed.
  17. Participants shall not argue a moderators decision publicly. All complaints directed at a moderator must be addressed to the moderator via the contact form.
  18. Participants that continuously violate the rules of the forum will be excluded from further participation.
